Improvements and fixes
- Updated Aspose.BarCode core library to 26.4.0.
- Fixed NullReferenceException in file deletion by downgrading AWSSDK.S3 from v4 to v3; AWSSDK.S3 v4 defaults response collection properties to null instead of empty, which caused a production crash.
- Updated .NET 10 runtime and SDK container base images.
- Updated supporting NuGet packages to latest compatible versions.
